Don’t judge a book by its cover…
When Susan Hilliard‘s clients came across her listing on Edloe Street, they knew it was the perfect location for them but couldn’t see past the exterior. Even though the 1938 Southside Place home was in great condition, and in a fabulous neighborhood, it took a little bit of vision and convincing.
There’s nothing that can’t be fixed with painting and landscaping, and here are some photos to prove it.
