Columbia is a traditional home in the historic Heights of Houston. For this remodel Bill Baldwin Restoration redesigned the whole first floor to create a bigger and better kitchen, a butler’s pantry, a formal living room, an improved foyer and dining room. We also added a master down, an informal study, a second utility, a powder room, and a swimming pool. Every detail was thoughtfully selected to allow a more modern look without losing the classic Southern feel.
