Our home is temporary. After we sold our house on Heights Blvd we were blessed to find this beautiful home in Riverside Terrace. This amazing property was built in the 1940’s. It offers over 3,600 square feet of living on a 22,000 square foot lot. Knut and I are able to stay more than 6 feet away from each other. We have really enjoyed the experience of living on S MacGregor Way.
The living room is so nice – when we first moved to this house, this is where we sat and rested our tired bodies from the moving experience. This room brings comfort to our souls, it’s home.

Our backyard is so peaceful. We enjoy sitting near the pool reading a book or the paper. Here, we are surrounded by eight super tall pine trees.
We do enjoy our quite time, such as peaceful evenings with a cozy fire next to the pool. Our experience in this house has been grand.
After our gym closed on March, Knut and I began doing yoga in our backyard.
My home office is a cozy room, right next to the kitchen. This room is so amazing that I wish you could see it. It has a fireplace, a built-in bookshelf, and the best feature is its window looking out to Brays Bayou.
In the evenings I get to relax with a set of watercolor brushes. I’m using old photography paper just for fun. I doodle and explore what will materialize… I’m making ‘Stay Safe’ notes and sending them to friends and family just to keep in touch.
I’m a walker! I went from walking Heights Blvd to walking Braes Bayou almost every day. I walk from our house all the way down to Calhoun Rd. It’s an amazing walk. I walk in the rain, in the fog and in the sun. This is when I get my quite time… My time with nature and my connection with my core, my spiritual being. I set goals and find the strength to get things done. The difference about walking Braes Bayou is the vastness, the openness, and the ability to see far.
